Return Process
For the product(s) you wish to return, you can create a return request by entering your order number and email address on the Easy Return page.
For domestic orders of 2,000 TL and above, a free return cargo code will be sent to you via SMS.
For domestic orders below 2,000 TL, a return cargo code will also be sent to you via SMS, but if your return is accepted, the return cargo fee (90 x 2 = 180 TL) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For shipments made outside of the provided return code, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
You can hand over the products to the cargo along with the invoice, completely and without missing any parts, using the return cargo code.
Once your return shipment reaches us, the product will be evaluated within 1 business day and the result of your request will be notified to you via email.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be made to your card within 10 business days according to your bank’s procedures. For installment payments, the refund will be made in installments in accordance with bank procedures.
Refunds for payments made via bank transfer/EFT will be completed on the same day your return is approved.
Return Conditions
You may return the products you have purchased within 15 days from the date of delivery.
You may return products whose tags and protective elements have not been removed and that have not lost their resalable condition. The invoice must be sent along with the product you wish to return.
Returns of used, damaged, or washed products will not be accepted.
If multiple products were purchased with a discount and multiple products are returned, the discount will be deducted from the return amount.
The shipping fee for products whose returns are not accepted belongs to the customer.
Return conditions do not apply to orders placed from abroad.
