Orders placed on Zesyna.com are carefully prepared and handed over to the cargo company within 2 business days.
Orders from Türkiye will be delivered within 1-4 days depending on the distance of your delivery address.
For domestic shipments, we work with Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, and MNG Kargo.
For international shipments, we work with DHL and UPS.
For domestic orders of 2,000 TL and above, shipping is free. The shipping fee for domestic deliveries is 90 TL.
For international orders return policy is not applicable. Shipping and customs fees are belong to the customer.
The shipping fee for international orders will be calculated on the payment page.
For domestic orders below 2,000 TL, the shipping fee is invoiced to you. In case you return your order, the shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
For domestic orders of 2,000 TL and above, shipping and return shipping fees are covered by us.
In case of any issue arising from our side during the shipping process, we will contact you using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership details are complete and up-to-date.
Deliveries are not made on public holidays and official holidays.
When receiving your product, please make sure that the cargo packaging is not damaged and that the security tape on the box has not been opened. If you detect any issue during delivery, you may return the product to the courier along with a report.
